I’m excited and pleased to announce the launch of my revamped blog. Rusty Travel Trunk is still travel focused, bringing you stories about my adventures whenever I manage to escape my work cubicle. But it looks different now, that’s for sure: new look, new logo, new travel related topics…

You will still find posts that you previously enjoyed such as my Camino Frances journal, the time I accidently ended up hiking at night in the Adirondacks, standing out because of my hair as I wandered Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar, and learning to make coconut oil in the rainforests of Guyana.

In the near future, you will also have the opportunity to read new posts about many things, including conquering Presidents in New Hampshire (White Mountains, USA), gain ideas on things to do in New York City, plan a road trip in Tasmania (Australia), experience what it is like to be caught in a political protest in Istanbul, and see why spending five weeks in Peru is so not enough time.

I would love to have you check out the new blog. Don’t be shy in letting me know what you think – I’m always looking for ideas! You can also subscribe to the blog and receive notice whenever there is a new post (maximum 2 a week).

Finally, thanks to Sherri of Honey Lane Creative for her much appreciated support during the development process!
